Dr. Manning joins our team on August 5, 2025, bringing nearly a decade of clinical experience, including active-duty service in the U.S. Air Force. During his military career, he cared for thousands of patients and served as a clinical instructor and supervisor in military hospital settings.
He earned his Doctor of Optometry in 2013 and a Master of Public Health in 2016. He graduated with honors from Brigham Young University in 2009 and went on to complete advanced clinical training through VA and ophthalmology externships. He later graduated Valedictorian from MCPHS while completing his public health degree.
Dr. Manning’s service has been recognized with multiple military honors, including the Meritorious Service Medal for distinguished patient care and leadership.
